Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator in South Bend, IN. This on-site, 6-month contract role supports daily fulfillment, shipping, inventory management, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries.

The coordinator will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with opportunities for conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, shipping, logistics, fulfillment, inventory, or administration.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fulfillment and shipping operations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory for samples, marketing materials, packaging supplies, IT equipment, and company assets.
• Monitor and replenish packaging and shipping supplies.
• Enter, track, and maintain shipment information in ERP systems.
• Monitor orders through customer portals and internal systems and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain operational reports, trackers, and inventory records.
• Investigate shipping, fulfillment, inventory, and administrative issues.

Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator

Contract Length: 6 Months with potential for conversion to FT
Location: South Bend, IN
Work Setup: On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Join a fast-paced operations team supporting daily fulfillment, shipping, inventory management, and administrative activities. The Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator will help ensure accurate inventory, timely shipments, and efficient day-to-day operations.

Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator Responsibilities

• Manage daily fulfillment and shipping operations.
• Coordinate with UPS and other logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory for product samples, marketing materials, packaging supplies, IT equipment, and company assets.
• Monitor and replenish packaging and shipping supplies.
• Enter, track, and maintain shipment information in ERP systems.
• Monitor orders through customer portals and internal systems and resolve delivery issues.Maintain operational reports, trackers, and inventory records.
• Investigate shipping, fulfillment, inventory, and administrative issues.
• Support process improvements and special Operations projects.
