Job summary

Quality Marine is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the warehouse. The role focuses on order processing, invoicing, shipping domestically and for exports, data entry, and customer service, with close coordination with the warehouse floor.

The ideal candidate has strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates high attention to detail in order processing, invoicing and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and warehouse staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor orders from processing to final shipment and close in system.
• Verify shipping information, weights, dimensions and tracking; coordinate with warehouse for picking/packing.
• Process invoices, ensure pricing and freight are correct; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports for orders, shipments and KPIs.
• Coordinate between office and warehouse floor; ensure on-time shipping and accurate order status.
• Provide professional customer service via email and phone; respond to inquiries promptly.
