Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of Ford production planning and execution.
• Proven track record in end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Strong MS Office skills, data analytics and tooling knowledge.
• Bias for action in identifying and solving issues.

Responsibilities

• Protect daily/weekly schedules across the CTC horizon, avoiding disruptions.
• Identify efficiencies to enable new tools and expand risk evaluation horizons.
• Drive root-cause problem solving with suppliers and Ford teams.
• Communicate risk with solutions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, STA, SOT, Product Development and plants.
• Manage critical suppliers and uphold Ford Global Terms and Conditions.
