Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) in Coralville, IA is hiring a Fulfillment and Logistics Associate to oversee intercompany logistics and material handling for multimodal transport. The role reports to the Sr. Manager, Logistics and is fully on-site.

Key duties include transfers between IDT sites, coordinating outbound shipments (LTL, hazmat, air cargo) and maintaining regulatory-compliant records. A high school diploma and 2+ years in logistics plus SAP ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years logistics experience.
• Minimum of two years ERP experience, SAP experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Picks and performs the inventory transfer of stock between IDT companies and site locations.
• Processes and schedules outbound LTL, Hazmat, Air Cargo, and multi-modal shipments.
• Maintains all records in accordance with regulations as well as IDT record retention policies.

The Fullfillment and Logistics Associate is responsible for the daily oversight of intercompany logistics and handling of materials for multi-modal transport. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Logistics, and is part of the Logistics Department located in Coralville, IA and will be an on-site role.

Essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years logistics experience
• Minimum of two years ERP experience, SAP experience Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Forklift, pallet jack experience Prior inventory control
