Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks a Full-time Fulfillment and Logistics Associate to oversee intercompany logistics. This on-site role is based in Coralville, IA and reports to the Sr. Manager, Logistics.

You will transfer stock between IDT sites, schedule shipments, and maintain regulatory records in line with IDT policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years logistics experience.
• Minimum of two years ERP experience, SAP experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Picks and performs the inventory transfer of stock between IDT companies and site locations.
• Processes and schedules outbound LTL, Hazmat, Air Cargo, and multi-modal shipments.
• Maintains records in accordance with regulations and IDT retention policies.

The Fullfillment and Logistics Associate is responsible for the daily oversight of intercompany logistics and handling of materials for multi-modal transport.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Logistics, and is part of the Logistics Department located in Coralville, IA and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Picks and performs the inventory transfer of stock between IDT companies and site locations.
• Processes and schedules outbound LTL, Hazmat, Air Cargo, and multi-modal shipments
• Maintains all records in accordance with regulations as well as IDT record retention policies

The essential requirements of the job include :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years logistics experience
• Minimum of two years ERP experience, SAP experience

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

Must have a valid drivers license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) .

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Forklift, pallet jack experience
• Prior inventory control
