Job summary

QVC, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Learning Manager to lead and manage all fulfillment operations training at our Bethlehem, PA center. The role focuses on developing effective training programs, onboarding, and continuous learning for warehouse team members.

You will leverage analytics, collaborate with leaders, and coordinate training resources to improve performance and learning outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in learning and development facilitation and design.
• Strong project management, continuous improvement, and metrics-driven mindset.
• Experience with operational excellence methodologies (Kaizen) and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data and analytics to ensure consistent, successful development, while building strong relationships across teams and driving daily improvements in a dynamic environment.
• Achieve learning and operational goals through effective onboarding and continuous education of team members.
• Design, revise, and facilitate training programs using proven instructional methods and adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to create learning objectives and ensure training meets performance expectations.
• Manage and coordinate training resources, activities, and assets, including indirect leadership of additional training resources.
• Partner across departments and the network to ensure consistency, measure training effectiveness, and support strategic planning.
