Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to mentor and coach a team while handling focused production duties. The role combines hands-on work with leadership to ensure high-quality outputs and on-time delivery.

Candidate should have 3–5 years in printing, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits and a shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in the printing industry.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.

• Quality check each job according to ticket specs.
• Assist Fulfillment Manager in headcount planning for workload.
• Learn existing equipment and train on new equipment.
• Troubleshoot production problems to maintain productivity and quality.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by management.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Lead to join our team. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This is role that is responsible for mentoring and coaching employees working in the specific area of responsibility. This role is a working lead role, where it is necessary for the lead to also complete the applicable work on the job ticket and execute to the specific job requirements.

Shifts available:

Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

In this position you'll:

• process outbound customer orders
• work closely with manager, and other shift leadership in prioritizing and directing department workflow
• ensure assembly integrity through continuous monitoring of departmental processes
• maintain appropriate levels of supplies to meet production requirements
• monitor issues and receipts for work orders
• complete and quality check each job according to ticket specifications, producing quality work
• help the Fulfillment Manager determine headcount in the are to adjust for work volumes
• learn existing equipment and train and learn on new equipment
• troubleshoot production problems to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management

Compensation Range:

$49,400 – $56,160 annually

*Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
