Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Blaine, MN is hiring a retail associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and care. You will maintain clean staging areas, deliver friendly service, and help customers find the right items while staying safe.

You will operate certified powered equipment, support inventory accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork and excellent customer service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and directing them to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and locker management while reporting safety or theft concerns.
• Prioritize customer-first service with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
