Job summary

The Caputo Group in Portland, OR is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support daily movement of products, inventory handling, and orderly operations. You will assist in production support, accuracy checks, and order fulfillment to ensure timely shipments.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and proficiency with LeafLink, Metric, and Google Suites. The position is on-site with standard hours and room to grow in operations.

Responsibilities

• Production / Packaging: Cart/Badder packaging; stickers and boxing; raise discrepancies to management.
• Fulfillment Assistance: Pick and prepare products for outgoing orders per LeafLink and Metric; verify accuracy; pack securely; maintain an organized workspace.
• Inventory Assistance: Receive/organize incoming products; report discrepancies; maintain locations; inventory counts/checks; dispose of packaging waste.
