The Fulfillment / Quality Specialist is responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment while ensuring all products meet established quality standards prior to shipment. This role combines picking, packing, and shipping responsibilities with quality inspection, compliance, and continuous improvement support to ensure accuracy, product integrity, and customer satisfaction.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, and utilize hand and finger dexterity to perform work. The employee will move throughout the warehouse in order to manage/conduct inventory. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms, smell, talk and hear. The employee will lift, push, pull or move up to fifty (50) pounds or more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the office work environment is usually quiet. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in a light industrial environment is usually moderate to loud. The overall work environment is a general manufacturing plant environment with Material Handling Equipment and machinery operations.
