Fulfillment Associate

Compensation: $20-$22 DOE
The Fulfillment Assistant supports the day-to-day movement of products and materials through the facility, helping ensure orders are accurately prepared, inventory is properly handled, production needs are supported, and work areas remain organized and efficient. The role is intended to provide exposure to multiple areas of company operations, including fulfillment, inventory, production support, quality control, organization, and general operational projects.
This position would require you to know how to navigate Leaf Link, Metric, and Google Suites, as well as have good attention to detail and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OUTLINED
- Production / Packaging Products
- Cart / Badder packaging
- Packaging (stickering and boxing)
- Bring discrepancies or quality concerns to management rather than allowing questionable products to continue through the workflow.
- Fulfillment Assistance:
- Pick and prepare products for outgoing orders according to established procedures in LeaflInk and Metric.
- Verify product, quantity, labeling, and packaging accuracy before orders are completed.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain an organized and efficient fulfillment workspace.
- Inventory Assistance:
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming products and supplies.
- Communicate discrepancies, damaged products, missing items, or other fulfillment issues to the Production Manager.
- Help maintain accurate product locations and storage organization.
- Identify low-stock, damaged, misplaced, or questionable inventory and communicate issues to management.
- Assist with routine inventory counts and inventory checks.
- Break down and dispose of shipping and production waste appropriately.
- Assist with general workplace organization and efficiency projects.
- Help identify opportunities to improve storage, workflow, labeling, and organization.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive, hands-on environment.
- Ability to safely lift and move products and materials as required by the position.
- Basic organizational and communication skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently once trained.
Preferred
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, production, shipping, or a similar operations environment.
- Experience using inventory, order management, shipping, or spreadsheet systems.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in Metric, Leaflink and Google Suites
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Repeated bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
- Moving boxes, inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Performing repetitive packing, sorting, labeling, and organizational tasks.
- Lifting up to approximately 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
