Responsibilities

• Support QVC and HSN fulfillment operations.
• Coordinate team member activities across fulfillment operations.
• Pull and review reports to monitor performance.
• Provide coaching to improve productivity, quality, and safety outcomes.
• Support and communicate training programs, standard procedures, and company values.
• Adjust team member work assignments as needed.
• Perform operational tasks when required.
• Assist the Area Manager in setting daily and weekly team assignments.
• Facilitate movement of team members throughout the shift to meet operational needs.
• Communicate department activities and issues to the Area Manager.
• Recommend process improvements and identify operational deficiencies.
• Ensure team members follow company procedures.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training.
• Share performance feedback with the Area Manager.
• Identify, report, and communicate area trends to leadership.
• Report to the ICQA Area Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and collaborate across teams


• Proficiency with technology and office software


• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion


• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs independently


• Prior leadership experience preferred


• Forklift operation training, if required
