Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash-owned local-fulfillment center, is seeking team members to pick and pack orders, manage inventory and shelf life, and keep the warehouse organized. You will also ensure customer-approved substitutions and contribute to fast, reliable delivery.

Base pay starts at $16.15/hour, with a potential hourly uplift for night shifts and opportunities for performance-based increases. Benefits begin Day 1 for full-time staff, including health plans, PTO, and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and focused on freshness and safety.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, including shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved with the customer.
