DoorDash, via DashMart, is seeking team-oriented individuals to pick and pack customer orders in a local fulfillment center. You will manage inventory, shelf life, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse, while ensuring substitutions are approved with customers.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and safety in a grocery/warehouse setting. Base pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Willing to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking and shelf-life control.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved with customers.
