Job summary

DashMart, a local-fulfillment center owned by DoorDash, is seeking team members to pick and pack orders, manage inventory and spoilage, and keep the warehouse organized. You will hand off completed orders to Dashers and help ensure substitutions are approved with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• You’re reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• You’re detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation).
• Willing to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management including shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.
