Job summary

Redwood Logistics in Chicago, IL is seeking a Product Analyst to drive data‑driven product development. You’ll collect and analyze product performance, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams.

You will help prioritize features, contribute to roadmaps, and create dashboards to monitor KPIs while collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of SQL (incl. aggregate functions, joins, etc.)
• Experience designing and implementing highly visible, complex analytical solutions that drive business decisions
• Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders on strategic direction based on analysis
• Previous experience in software product management, business analysis, and/or competitive market intelligence

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data related to product performance and user behavior
• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs for product, engineering, and business teams
• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather feedback
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leads to prioritize features and write user stories
• Assist in developing product roadmaps and feature requirements with workflows and specs
• Monitor competitor products and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats
• Communicate findings to inform product strategy and decision-making
