Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, on-site Vernon environment. You will manage inventory, process orders, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of cold perishable items, while forecasting needs for sales meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Support office fulfillment tasks and manage ERP inputs and vendor invoicing processes.
• Pick up marketing materials from vendors at will call as needed.
• Attend to other ad hoc fulfillment requests as assigned or approved by the manager.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, fulfillment service, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience with software systems such as ERPs (e.g., D365) and e-commerce sites (like Shopify or External).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Positive team player attitude with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

This position requires working 100% on-site in Vernon. The role involves a fast-paced and collaborative work environment where flexibility with task assignments and adaptability to change are essential. Employees are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and attire suitable for the office setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Vernon, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
