Vitu is seeking a Fulfillment Clerk onsite to process license plate orders, ensuring accurate packaging and timely shipments. You will verify correct plate numbers, labels, and documentation, while maintaining organized workstations and inventory controls in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include packing shipments securely, monitoring stock levels for shipping materials, and providing cross-functional support as needed to keep operations efficient and compliant with safety

Qualifications

• Proficiency with barcode scanning systems
• Familiarity with iX-9 mailing and shipping equipment
• Ability to accurately weigh and label outgoing shipments; strong attention to detail for logging and documentation
• Basic computer literacy for working with Google Docs, and other software
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Ability to use basic software tools and label printers
• Ability to lift to 35lbs and stand or move for extended periods

Job Summary

The Fulfillment Clerk plays a key role in the daily processing of vehicle license plate orders. This position is responsible for accurately preparing, verifying, and packaging license plate shipments using specialized software and warehouse tools. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Fulfillment Clerk ensures timely and accurate order completion while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and inventory control at their workstation.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Prepare and process license plate shipments accurately according to order specifications and shipping deadlines.

• Quality Control: Verify each order for the correct plate number, label, and documentation before packing.

• Packaging: Package shipments securely and efficiently using warehouse materials, ensuring items are protected in transit.

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is: $17.00 - $18.00

Final compensation for this position will be determined based upon the applicant’s relevant experience, skillset, education, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
