The Role: The Fulfillment Center Supervisor leads our Salt Lake City, UT facility, managing and motivating a team to meet productivity, safety, and departmental goals across areas like replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, and returns. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a performance-driven team is essential.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a team of 10-50 associates
• Oversee time tracking, time off, and approve timecards
• Analyze metrics and report team performance
• Coordinate shift operations, flex resources for efficiency
• Improve processes continuously
• Maintain safety standards, hire and train staff
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other supervisors

What You've Done:

• 3+ years in warehouse operations within relevant areas
• Experience with Fulfillment Centers
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

Bonus Points:

• 3PL experience
• Leadership experience (>1 year)
• Retail experience
• Warehouse Management Systems knowledge (Jazz preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish

Physical Work Environment:

• Available for 1st shift
• Able to perform moderate physical activity
• Can lift up to 25-30 lbs occasionally
• Maintain focus for extended periods
• Work overtime during peak seasons
