Job summary

Wine.com is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Maplewood, NJ fulfillment center. You will collaborate with the General Manager to execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational plans, ensuring efficient staffing, policy adherence, and overall logistics performance.

The role oversees inventory, order picking/packing/shipping, and transportation coordination while driving continuous improvements in center efficiency and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in warehouse/logistics center management or related field.
• Strong inventory and cycle-count skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all logistics center functions, including staffing and training.
• Ensure SOP compliance and achieve annual performance goals.
• Monitor order fulfillment processes and optimize picking/packing/shipping.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound transportation and improve shipping outcomes.
• Lead by setting clear expectations and fostering a productive work environment.
