Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fast-paced warehouse/logistics environments.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ employees and coordinating cross-functional tasks.
• Forklift certification and clean driving record.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all FC operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and ICQA.
• Mentor and develop staff, set staffing plans, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Implement LEAN, 5S, and standardized processes to improve efficiency.
• Plan resources and budgets for peak periods and manage performance metrics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure on-time, quality deliveries.
• Create operations plans, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
