The role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods, adaptability to seasonal warehouse conditions, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
• Willingness to learn new software and provide feedback on tools used.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution; startups a plus.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, and bend for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, QA, and manage inventory.
• Pick/pack orders accurately using warehouse app.
• Coordinate with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries.
• Follow safety policies and complete safety training.
• Conduct quality control inspections of products.
