Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics role.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ people.
• Forklift certification with clean driving record.
• Strong KPI/data-driven process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all fulfillment center operations including inbound, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Mentor and develop the warehouse team and supervisors.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and quality control (ICQA).
• Plan weekly volume and staffing to meet production goals.
• Ensure safety and lean processes in the facility.
• Create and monitor performance metrics and incident reports.
