Job summary

XPDEL, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Center Operations Associate to join our warehouse team. This role involves processing orders on the floor, picking and packing boxes, and handling shipments while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

You will support multiple clients and learn diverse logistics solutions as each client is serviced. Ideal candidates are comfortable standing for long periods, work in environments that fluctuate in temperature, and can work safely and efficiently to fulfill

Qualifications

• Warehouse/distribution experience is required; start-up experience is a plus.
• Comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on tools used.
• Must have basic math skills and be computer savvy.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, QA, and manage inventory of products.
• Accurately pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and complete safety training.
• Perform quality control inspections of products.
