Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance and Janitorial teams at our Farmers Branch fulfillment center. You will oversee daily maintenance, safety, and preventive maintenance programs to keep facilities reliable and efficient.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with external vendors, and drive continuous improvements. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong planning, and the ability to develop a high-performance maintenance culture.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years leadership experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and meeting productivity goals.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop maintenance staff.
• Working knowledge of WMS, RF scanners, and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
• Carry out inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues.
• Plan and oversee all repairs and installation activities.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Oversee budget for maintenance and control expenses.
• Lead maintenance and janitorial teams; provide training and support.
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
• Attend HR Leadership meetings; drive process improvements with leadership.
