Qualifications

• 2+ years in distribution or warehouse operations.
• 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role in a warehouse.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Familiarity with Cart.com systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting per SOPs.
• Ensure accurate put-away and replenishment of locations.
• Oversee returns processing per client requirements.
• Train and guide team in shipping and receiving functions.
• Enforce safety, policies, sanitation standards and clock procedures.
• Maintain workload distribution and support supervisor in productivity goals.
