Job summary

Cart.com is seeking a Fulfillment Center Lead in Texas to oversee daily operations across wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, and kitting. You will set the pace, ensure SOP adherence, train and motivate the team, and uphold safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in warehouse operations and 1+ year in supervision, plus strong communication and hands-on leadership. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
• 1+ years leading or supervising in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting per SOPs.
• Ensure accurate put-away of products into reserve and drop zone locations.
• Oversee replenishment of active locations based on system-generated tasks.
• Manage kitting operations including re-labeling and re-working.
• Monitor timely processing of returns in accordance with client requirements.
• Arrive prior to shift start to prepare workload distribution.
• Train and guide team members in shipping and receiving functions.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols and SOPs.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
