Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in New Jersey is hiring a fulfillment associate who picks, stages, inspects, and fulfills customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. You will assist customers and direct them to the right associate when needed.

You will also operate certified powered equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and support safety and audits. A strong team player attitude and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer for basic tasks.
• 6 months of experience using common retail devices (phones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and connecting them with associates.
• Operate certified powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, and safety/locker management.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
