Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking associates to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment. You will validate orders, assist customers, and connect them with the right associates when necessary.

The role requires operating powered equipment and maintaining safety standards, with emphasis on teamwork and excellent communication to support store operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certifications and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
