YouParcel is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to support picking, packing, kitting, and shipping activities at our Rialto, California fulfillment operation.

This is a hands-on warehouse position supporting e-commerce and client-specific fulfillment projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, organized environment and takes pride in completing orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Preferred

Previous experience in warehouse fulfillment, pick-and-pack, e-commerce, or distribution.

Familiarity with barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems.

Experience assembling subscription boxes or multi-item kits.

Experience working in production-oriented environments with daily performance targets.

Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but candidates with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
