Job summary

ShipBob is hiring for an Associate role in North Aurora, IL. Comp: $21.00 per hour. Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 6am-3pm. You will join a fast-growing team delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting warehouse operations across Receiving, Picking, and Packing teams.

Ideal candidates are reliable, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, able to stand long hours, and eager to grow within a high-performing, start-up culture. All team members contribute to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• May be required to help out in other departments as needed.
• You’re willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed.
• You have the ability to adapt to change quickly.
• You are extremely detail oriented.
• Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• You’re looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company.
• Previous warehouse experience is not required.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage arrivals and communicate exceptions.
• Picking: deliver products quickly and accurately to the next stage.
• Packing: ensure quality and correct packing for shipments.
• Other Duties as Required: assist in other areas to keep operations efficient.
• Maintain safety, storage, and distribution practices; support traceability and continuous improvement.
