Job summary

ShipBob is hiring an Associate for our North Aurora, IL facility. You will join a fast-growing team delivering an exceptional customer experience and ownership over daily warehouse tasks.

You will be part of a high-performing culture where accountability and results matter, with opportunities for career growth as the company expands. This role supports Receiving, Picking, and Packing teams, reporting to the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations.

Qualifications

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8- to 10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to bend, stoop, reach, push/pull as needed.
• Willing to help out in other departments when required.
• Detail oriented and quick to understand new processes.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: handle new inventory, communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking: ensure fast, accurate product movement through the warehouse.
• Packing: ensure shipment quality and correct packing, collaborate with picking.
• Other duties as required to keep operations running smoothly.
