ShipBob is hiring temporary associates in our North Aurora, IL facility for growth into full-time roles. You will work in receiving, picking, and packing teams to ensure accurate, on-time orders.

No prior warehouse experience is required; we provide a 7-day training. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand 8–10 hours, and work weekends as needed.

This position offers hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00 with full benefits and a path to career progression in ShipBob's fast-growing network.

Qualifications

• Willing to get hands dirty to complete tasks.
• Able to stand and walk 8–10 hours per shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory from clients and log it into our system.
• Pick and move products to the next stage quickly and accurately.
• Pack items ensuring quality and accurate shipment.
• Assist in other areas as needed to keep operations running.
