Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Oxford, MS is hiring for a warehouse/floor associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and speed.

You will keep staging areas clean, comply with safety protocols, and help customers by connecting them with the right associates when needed. The role requires basic computer use and familiarity with retail technology, while holding or obtaining powered equipment certifications.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right items and connecting them with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
