Qualifications

• 6+ months of computer use for inputting, accessing, modifying data.
• 6+ months of experience with retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Certified forklift, order picker, and narrow aisle reach truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and validating orders.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
