Job summary

The role requires powered equipment certification and basic computer or retail tech experience. Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, audits, and locker management, plus daily teamwork to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience with computers or tablets for input, access, or output.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Certification for powered equipment is required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and partner with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, order follow-ups, and locker management.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
