You will deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed. The role requires operating powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck) with certification and using computer systems and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required; obtain if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and assisting customers.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, and maintain readiness; report safety concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.
