Job summary

You will deliver good service by helping customers, validating orders, and directing them to the right associates. Certification for powered equipment is required or must be obtained, and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience (data entry, information lookup, basic tasks).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Certified forklift/order picker/narrow aisle equipment or must obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and assisting customers with questions.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment safely and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using store systems and collaborate with leadership.
• Complete administrative tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Demonstrate a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
