Job summary

Roxanne Assoulin in New York City is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to pack and ship hundreds of orders daily with care and precision. This fast-growing jewelry brand values reliability, speed, and attention to detail.

You will pick, pack, and prepare 200+ orders per day, ensure quality and presentation, maintain inventory, and collaborate with the CX + Fulfillment director to hit daily goals. The role is full-time and in-person in NYC, with starting pay at $22/hour.

Qualifications

• Reliable, fast, and detail-oriented work ethic required.
• Ability to stand, lift/move boxes, and handle boxes throughout shift.
• Experience in shipping, fulfillment, or e-commerce a plus.

• You’re reliable, fast, and detail-oriented
• You love moving, doing, and keeping the flow going
• You’re comfortable lifting/moving boxes and being on your feet all day
• You’ve worked in shipping, fulfillment, or e-comm (or learn quickly!)
• You care about doing things well, even when no one’s watching
• Bonus if you love jewelry, color, or style
• $22/hour starting pay
