Brilliance.com, a luxury jewelry brand in Boynton Beach, FL, seeks a detail-obsessed order fulfillment specialist to curate and pack jewelry with 100% accuracy. You will craft a premium unboxing experience using signature packaging and ensure on-time, error-free shipping.

The role requires boutique-level e-commerce experience, meticulous presentation, and reliability. You’ll work in-person, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts during holidays, contributing to a trusted luxury experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Location

Boynton Beach, FL (In-person).

Compensation

$45,760 – $49,920 per year (equivalent to $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience and performance).

Signing Bonus

• $500 after 30 days of employment.
• $500 after 90 days of employment + performance-based rate increase.

Schedule

• Full-time | Minimum 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (US Time).
• Occasional weekends during holiday peak periods.

• Treat every order like a $10,000 ring (because it might be).

Requirements

• Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc).
• Excellent attention to detail — you triple-check your work before you say “done.”
• Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal.
• Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required).
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — the kind of person others trust with delicate items.
