Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to support the accurate preparation of medical cannabis orders for patients in Texas. You will pick, pack, label, and organize prescriptions while following regulatory guidelines and company standards.

This role emphasizes inventory accuracy, timely processing, and clear cross-department collaboration to ensure next-day delivery and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily order fulfillment tasks while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and fulfillment practices.
• Verify prescriptions, pick products, and pack orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Create detailed travel manifests for each delivery route and maintain records per state law.
• Prepare and stage packed outbound orders each day for next-day delivery.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain active communication across departments involving multiple slack channels.
• Aid management in re-stocking inventory daily.
• Stage interoffice requested documents, supplies, and other items for Retail locations with next-day outbound routes.
• Managing, documenting and staging promotional gifts to be sent with outbound routes.

The Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role in the accurate and compliant preparation of medical cannabis orders for patients. This position is responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and organizing prescription products while adhering to strict regulatory guidelines and company standards. Fulfillment Associates maintain product integrity, support inventory accuracy, and ensure all orders are processed with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
