Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
• Experience with process improvements (Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a hourly workforce to meet safety, quality, and performance targets.
• Ensure on-time customer delivery and adherence to delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift.
• Work in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures at delivery stations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs.
