Bhate Environmental Associates, Inc. is seeking a Fuels Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) / Site Safety Officer to join our Fuels Team.

The field CQCM will lead the quality control program, manage testing personnel, and ensure conformance to project standards while coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and external inspectors on DoD fueling facilities. Applicants should have seven years of construction management experience, with at least three years as QC Manager, plus

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of construction related management experience, including three years as QC Manager.
• Experience with DoD POL facilities or equivalent fueling systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, document, and track preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
• Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written reports.
• Provide daily QC reports and maintain quality control documents.
• Verify materials conform to submittals and are stored properly.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with subcontractors and the superintendent.
• Track deficiencies and verify corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of building systems and maintain as-built drawings.
