Tradebe Environmental Services in East Chicago, IN is seeking a Fuels Processing Supervisor for the 4th shift. You will lead the Area 3 production team, supervise daily operations, and drive safe, efficient performance in a fast-paced industrial setting.

This role rewards hands-on leadership, adherence to RCRA/HSE policies, and opportunities to influence process improvements on a key processing hub that supports sustainable environmental solutions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of industry experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside the production crew in Area 3 to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Coordinate production tasks and workflow during your shift.
• Process and handle empty containers, shred empty drums, pump liquids, consolidate drums, and verify vapor recovery systems.
• Load and unload trailers, replace spent carbon, conduct daily inspections, and monitor area activities.
• Ensure compliance with RCRA regulations and enforce all Health and Safety policies.
• Train new employees and support proper receiving, processing, and storage of containers.
• Inspect equipment, instruments, gauges, and recorders to ensure proper function and maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
