Job summary

Tradebe is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily plant operations at our East Chicago processing facility. You will drive safety, regulatory compliance, productivity, and team performance while ensuring efficient processing of materials and inventory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in environmental services, hazardous waste, or related industries.
Experience managing production in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production operations ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant processes.
Coach and develop production personnel to drive performance and accountability.
Oversee material processing, inventory management, and workflow execution.
Coordinate with Laboratory, Maintenance, Receiving and other departments to optimize operations and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with RCRA, permit requirements, and company policies.
Monitor equipment reliability and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize uptime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
