Qualifications

• Qualification to the NWCG Crew Boss - Single Resource (CRWB).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in forestry, natural resource management, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides direction, oversight and training to assigned crew; evaluates schedules and workload.
• Leads module crew operations during fire suppression and incident response.
• Oversees training programs, qualification tracking, and development plans.
