You will support procurement, dispute resolution, and audit activities in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment. Ideal candidates have 2 years of Air Force fuels accounting experience and have completed the Coggins Fuels

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Air Force Fuels Accounting
• Completion of the Coggins Fuels Course

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily files for Fuels Terminal Manager review and submit discrepancies as needed.
• Review and approve fuel related accounts, credits, inventories and transfers.
• Oversee procurement operations and ensure compliance with contract requirements and DLA policies.
• Develop and submit monthly and end‑of‑year inventory reports.
• Maintain and generate annual audit reports; support team quality initiatives.
• Communicate with customers via phone or email and respond to inquiries.
• Work with the Air Force EPOS system and perform related accounting/dispatch tasks.
