Job summary

Tunista Services LLC is recruiting for a full-time Fuels Distribution System Operator (FDSO)/Dispatcher/Computer Operator at the Gila Bend Air Force Auxiliary Field in Arizona. The role involves up to 40 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends.

The incumbent dispenses aviation and ground fuel, refuels aircraft, operates refueling vehicles, and maintains documentation while following safety and environmental procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years prior experience in a fuels aviation field.
• Employee must be able to work for extended periods of time in the local outdoor environment.
• Employee must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Dispense aviation and ground fuel as directed by the resource control center; position will share responsibility as a DCO.
• Refuels and defuels transient aircraft and organizational support fuel tanks.
• Operates 5,000- and 1,000-gallon refueling fuel servicing vehicles.
• Complies with all technical and safety procedures related to fuel handling operations.
• Documents fuel products received and dispensed; closes out paperwork (night shift).
