Job summary

Swissport is seeking a Duty Manager - Fueling to lead day-to-day into-plane fueling operations with safety and service standards at the forefront. The role ensures compliance with FAA, TSA, IATA, and local regulations while maintaining high customer service levels in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers competitive salary ($85,000–$87,500) and comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and retirement benefits plus paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of into-plane fueling experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures and gov't regs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day safe and efficient fueling operations.
• Enforce safety policies and proper use of fueling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, IATA, ATA, U.S. Customs, and airport rules.
• Complete fuel-related paperwork and daily reports.
• Manage staff time to minimize overtime.
• Coach employees on policy adherence.
• Coordinate with customers, airport authority and regulators.
• Review activity and reports to ensure service adequacy.
