Job summary

Swissport is hiring a Fueling Supervisor in Boston, MA to oversee fueling operations, supervise staff, and ensure safe, compliant, on-time fueling services. You will coordinate with fuel teams, manage daily activities, and train new personnel while upholding FAA, MWAA, OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years fueling operations experience.
• Supervisory role experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fueling staff and daily fueling operations.
• Ensure quality, health, safety and environmental practices.
• Receive, store, transfer and dispense petroleum fuel products.
• Coordinate with lead-fueler and fuelers for plane and ground equipment fueling.
• Disseminate instructions and monitor fueling personnel activities.
• Ensure compliance with company, airlines, FAA, MWAA and OSHA procedures.
• Assist in training newly hired staff and promotions.
• Complete accident/incident paperwork and required reporting.
